Position
Summary:
Under the
general supervision of Trades Foreman and under the direction of the Senior
Property Manager, the painter prepares to paint interior and exterior surfaces,
applies a variety of decorative and protective coatings, such as paints,
varnishes, Maintains silicone treatment, interior and exterior surfaces,
maintains painting shop and operates specialized equipment and performs other
related duties.
Education:

Metric
·
Language: Fluency in English
and Urdu.
·
Experience: At least 3 years experience:
·
Use a variety of paints such as varnish, silicone
treatment, rubber base paint, stain, enamel or pigment to provide a high degree
of finishing to interior and exterior surfaces.
·
Use and operate special equipment such as spray guns,
compressors, etc.
